  7. Recommend options for re-use / refurbishment of existing furniture
  8. Sustainability review of proposed furniture package in line with objectives
  9. New furniture needs identified / showroom visits and product trials organised
  10. Review plans to ensure all recommendations will deliver on time
  11. Agree finishes in line with design brief

  14. Broadbase Site Manager produces detailed plans for furniture move / installation
  15. Order signed – procurement starts
  16. Delivery and installation of selected scheme
