Broadbase provided us with furniture consultancy and project and move management for the relocation of over 300 personnel to our purpose-built facility. The Broadbase team listened to our requirements and applied a flexible and attentive service to ensure that our needs were met. My team and I had direct access to the Broadbase Directors, whose hands-on approach helped to overcome our challenging brief, whilst providing clear and concise recommendations regarding furniture selection and procurement. Broadbase worked collaboratively with our architects to create the design, Facilities Team to ensure all practical needs were met, and with myself to ensure cost control meant all aspects of the project were taken care of. It seemed that no job was too small to deal with and no problem was insurmountable. Thanks to their support, the move went very smoothly and the feedback received from my team members is that they think the new environments are superb. I would not hesitate to use them again should another project arise.
