There are plenty of simple steps that can be taken to increase protection for your staff, including regular anti-bacterial cleaning of workstations, computer keyboards and phones. Glass or acrylic antiviral screens can also be easily added to existing structures to enhance safety while enabling greater social interaction.
But social distancing requirements will impact significantly on individual seating arrangements and shared spaces in open plan working environments, so businesses must be proactive in rethinking their set-up and transitioning to new configurations.
