NIOA, an international business establishing their first UK office in Bristol, needed a space to function as their European headquarters. Initially focused on furniture consultancy, the brief expanded into a full CAT B fit-out, including design, space planning, and furniture procurement.
The client’s priority was to create a professional, high-end environment aligned with the aesthetic of their global offices. This included large boardrooms with bespoke AV and acoustic solutions to support international conference calls.
We delivered a full CAT B fit-out across a single floor, including flooring, lighting, air conditioning, partitions, suspended acoustic baffles, data installation, and bespoke joinery.
Design & Space Planning
Our team developed a layout that balanced open-plan desking with private spaces, including a boardroom, meeting rooms, cellular offices, reception, storage, and a tea point. The design reflected NIOA’s established brand style, combining traditional finishes with bespoke elements to create a professional, consistent identity.
Furniture & Bespoke Joinery
We provided furniture consultancy and procurement, delivering a cohesive, high-quality finish throughout. Bespoke AV walls and display units were designed and installed to meet the client’s technical and functional requirements.
Remote Collaboration
Working entirely remotely with the client’s HQ in Australia, we scheduled consultations across time zones and used 3D renders and detailed plans to deliver a design that met both aesthetic and operational requirements.
The result is a high-end, professional office that provides NIOA with a European headquarters aligned with their global identity, while providing the functionality to support international collaboration.
