Foxley Kingham, a chartered accountancy firm in Luton, had outgrown its existing premises and needed a new office that could accommodate future growth while providing enhanced facilities for employees and clients.
Brought into the project by architects Align, our role was to provide furniture consultation, sourcing and installation services as well as move management to ensure a seamless transition from their old office to the new space. The budget required careful consideration, with a need to achieve high design standards while maximising cost efficiency.
We worked closely with Align to specify furniture that aligned with the design vision while ensuring the project remained on budget.
Furniture Specification: To balance cost and aesthetics, we incorporated a mix of quality used bench desking and task chairs, alongside new and existing furniture, elevating and modernising the overall look.
Sustainability: By reusing their existing breakout and meeting room furniture, we minimised waste and maximised value, seamlessly integrating these pieces into the new scheme.
Move Management: We oversaw the logistics of relocating the team and furniture, ensuring a smooth transition into the new space with minimal disruption.
Our expertise in quality used furniture allowed us to support Align’s design concept, helping to deliver a refined, contemporary workspace while meeting the client’s financial requirements.
Through careful furniture curation, sustainable sourcing, and efficient move management, we helped Foxley Kingham create a professional, understated, and future-ready office that meets their growing needs.
