Savills Investment Management sought a new office space that would bring together two businesses into a single, collaborative working environment. The design needed to strike a balance between flexibility, team culture, and employee wellbeing, incorporating plenty of touch-down and collaboration areas to support an agile, dynamic way of working.
Sustainability was a key priority, aligning with the company’s ESG commitments. The project required a careful selection of furniture, blending refurbished existing pieces with new, high-quality items to meet sustainability goals without compromising on style or functionality.
