Lyreco’s Telford head office required a complete transformation to better support their way of working. The existing space consisted of out-dated desking with no dedicated social or breakout spaces—limiting collaboration and agile working. The goal was to create a work environment that supported employee wellbeing, provided areas for focus, and encouraged a more dynamic and engaging workplace culture.
Taking a consultative approach, we worked closely with Lyreco to design a workspace that aligned with their vision for a more collaborative and wellbeing-focused office.
Zoned Workspaces: We used furniture-based zoning—such as pods, dividers, and varied flooring materials—to create distinct areas for the different departments, breakout and socialising, all while maintaining flexibility for future changes.
Collaborative & Social Spaces: A centralised breakout area and a large, flexible presentation space were introduced, enabling cross-department collaboration and company-wide gatherings.
Sustainable Solutions: Quality used chairs were integrated throughout, alongside recycled woodchip worktops.
Biophilic Design: Planters and green dividers were incorporated to enhance wellbeing and improve acoustics.
Bespoke artwork: we commissioned a set of prints inspired by motivational quotes chosen by Lyreco’s team to add a unique and inspiring touch to the workspace.
The entire fit-out, from design to furniture sourcing and installation, transformed not just the space but also the way Lyreco’s team works.
