Portion Solutions, a food and beverage manufacturer, had acquired a brand-new space in Telford for their office based team. They needed a fast-tracked office transformation with the entire project—including planning, specification, and installation—to be completed within six weeks. The design needed to incorporate some of their existing furniture, align with their brand identity, and support agile working while enhancing the acoustic quality of the space.
The challenge was to meet their deadline and deliver a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment without compromising on quality.
To meet the tight programme, we delivered a comprehensive design and fit-out service, ensuring the project was completed on time and to specification.
Design Services: We provided space planning, 3D visuals, and furniture specification, selecting finishes that complemented the clients brand colours.
Furniture Solutions: To overcome lead time challenges, we loaned furniture where necessary, allowing the client to select products without compromise.
Acoustics and planting: We installed acoustic lighting and space dividers to improve sound quality in the open-plan space. We also integrated biophilic elements through planters on mid-height storage units.
Agile & Collaborative Spaces: We designed a hot-desking zone featuring a circular workstation to support flexible working, while small two-person booths were installed to provide quiet spaces within the open-plan environment. We also specified flip-top tables and stackable chairs in the meeting rooms, enabling easy reconfiguration for different functions.
Through smart planning, creative problem solving, and a flexible approach to furniture supply, we successfully delivered Portion Solutions’ new workspace within six weeks, creating a functional, brand-aligned, and adaptable office for their team.
