CLS Holdings required the transformation of a 1,315 sq ft office floor in central London into two standalone office units with shared facilities to enhance the tenant experience.
The project aimed to create a modern, welcoming workspace featuring a communal breakout area, boardroom, and meeting space, offering flexible environments accessible to all occupants.
The design needed to provide efficient storage solutions, incorporate greenery and ensure the shared spaces aligned with the overall vision of a modern, multi-tenant workplace.
Additionally, the building’s access posed a logistical challenge, with narrow stairwells and a small lift, requiring careful planning for furniture deliveries.
Working alongside the construction team, Virtus and architect, Spratley & Partners we were responsible for procuring and installing the specified furniture to bring the design vision to life.
Furniture Procurement: We thoroughly reviewed and refined the original furniture specification to ensure every item aligned precisely with the intended design concept, maintaining accuracy in both aesthetics and functionality.
Installation & Logistics: Given the challenging building access, we collaborated with our suppliers to develop practical solutions for delivering large furniture pieces, including the boardroom table tops, ensuring they could be transported and installed without risk of damage.
Project Management: By maintaining close communication with the design and construction teams, we ensured the project timeline stayed on track and that all furniture choices remained within budget.
This project successfully delivered a contemporary, well-furnished workspace, overcoming logistical challenges while ensuring the design was executed to the highest standard. We loved the client’s choice of furniture in relaxed earth tones, which beautifully complemented the planting in the meeting and reception areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The team from Broadbase were fantastic to work with on the CI Tower Project which, I am pleased to say, has become the expected norm now after a number of successful Projects working closely together. The Project was not without its challenges to which the Team reacted promptly and professionally. The delivered space was extremely well received by the Client and looked amazing. Huge thanks to all involved from Broadbase and I look forward to the next Project together.
